"Our refrigerator's defrost system malfunctioned on a Friday, and we weren't hopeful that we would be able to get someone in over the weekend to save our warming food and drinks from spoiling. Understanding this, the owner Steve personally stopped by on a Saturday afternoon to service the fridge enough to render it functional again until they could get the necessary part in to permanently fix the issue. Just a few days later, the fridge was working perfectly again after a smooth installation.
